2026年台灣不動產產業迎來重要國際里程碑。龍寶建設董事長張麗莉正式接任全球最大不動產組織之一「世界不動產聯合會（FIABCI）」世界會長，成為該組織首位華人女性世界會長，也象徵台灣不動產產業首度真正挺進國際決策核心，從國際參與者逐步邁向全球趨勢與價值的共同推動者。FIABCI會員遍及全球85多個國家，長期在城市發展、永續建築、不動產趨勢與國際交流上扮演重要角色。此次張麗莉接任世界會長，不僅代表個人的國際榮耀，更被視為台灣建築與不動產產業長年累積後的重要成果。

At Shiquan Park in the East District, a sleek, oval-shaped structure bordered by butterfly pea flowers seamlessly blends into the landscape. In Beitun District’s Shuinan Ecological Park, a white-and-blue Mediterranean-style building stands prominently against lush greenery. And in the North District, the whimsically named “Piggy Park” features a playful restroom adorned with piglet ears and snouts. Surprisingly, all of these are public toilets! Recently, through the “Taichung Melody Sunshine Project,” the city has transformed these everyday facilities into showcases of urban aesthetics. This innovative initiative even earned a Merit Award in the Environmental Planning & Design category at the 2025 Taiwan Landscape Award, underscoring Taichung’s commitment to creative, people-centered urban design.
